AOC Graves de Vayres Rouge
Blending: Merlot 80% – Cabernet Sauvignon 20%
This wine, coming from the terroir of the highest plateaux of the estate, is an ode to joy. Right from the first scent, the complex bouquet associates black fruit aromas with delicate spicy emanations. On the palate, the flavours open up unrestrainedly and not without a certain balance and roundness which overwhelm us.
Serve with meat and cheese, but also with chocolate.
