AOC Graves de Vayres Red
Composed of: Cabernet Sauvignon 35% – Merlot 65%.

This wine from gravelly hillsides has an intense ink color with garnet reflections. The round, smooth and powerful tannins evolve with great persistence. The palate is fleshy, fruity and balanced. There are aromas of licorice, blackberry and cocoa with a spicy finish with discreet woodiness. Lots of freshness.

To be eaten with poultry and red meats, but also with mimolette.
