AOC Graves de Vayres White
Composed of: Sauvignon Blanc 85% – Muscadelle 10% – Sémillon 5%.

This pale colored wine is one of the most flamboyant. Its nose of citrus, boxwood and white flowers is the prelude to an explosion of aromas. On the palate, lively in attack, the wine gains in fullness and fat. A bouquet of great finesse where lychee, white peach and grapefruit mingle. What a delight !

Eat with shellfish, but also with fresh goat cheese.
